At Hatteras Custom Woodwork, we install cabinetry for residential and commercial clients. We work with contractors and customers alike to order pre-fabricated cabinets, or build semi-custom cabinetry, to their specifications. We then install the final wood furnishings, providing a beautiful finished product.
We are dedicated to delivering affordable quality craftmanship while providing exceptional customer satisfaction.
Our vision is to become the preferred cabinet company for builders and customers in the southeastern United States through high-quality craftsmanship, exceptional dependability, and superior customer service.
As a veteran founded company, our executive leadership embodies the U.S. Navy's core values of Honor, Courage, & Commitment. The greatest of these is Honor. We expect each of our team members to act ethically, be truthful, and respect one another.
The self-awareness to recognize one's own limitations or weaknesses as well as the open-mindedness towards different perspectives. Being able to learn and grow from people and experiences is key to this trait. It's the realization that all employees, regardless of their role or experience, contribute to the success of an organization.
Being trustworthy and reliable in the workplace. It means consistently demonstrating integrity through actions, not just words. Taking ownership of commitments, delivering high-quality work, and standing accountable when things don't go as planned. Upholding this value creates an environment of mutual support and shared success.
